Bright Therapy is considered out of network with all insurance companies at this time. Services can be paid for via credit card, check, cash, or HSA/FSA card. Payment is required at the time of service. Upon request we will provide you a superbill each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company directly to found out what their reimbursement rate is.
Our private pay services allow us to provide the best care possible for each child. We are not limited by insurance companies about the type of therapy, frequency, or duration of services.

OF COURSE! Many children do participate in both. Benefits of private therapy include 1:1 services and increased parent involvement. Bright Therapy also provides services to children who would benefit from intervention but do not qualify in the school system based on the strict criteria needed to qualify for public school services.

Frequency and duration of services will depend on the goals and diagnosis of your child. Speech therapy sessions are 30-45 minutes long and depending on the situation children are typically seen between 1-3 times per week, with 2 times per week being the most common. Progress will be monitored throughout all sessions and changes will be made as needed.
